Happy Halloween! This year I prepared a special edition article to share with you.

We looked into Halloween – inspired visits without leaving London, and we ended up in the Hobbledown Heath.

It’s our first pumpkin patch ever although I have lived in London for 12 years, and it’s very conveniently located not far from central London, by Heathrow airport.

This location has a very nice pumpkin patch open in October – with many photo areas and numerous pumpkins. Halloween vibe with some skeletons and scary scarecrows is here too!

But be ready to queue as there are lots of visitors.

At the Hobbledown Heath, you can not only take photos, but also buy some of the prettiest pumpkins you can find: they come in all sizes, forms and colors. If you get hungry, you can toast some marshmallows as there are a few open fire spots as well as some food trucks.

And for kids who don’t like to be photographed and just want to have fun, there are a few stations with balls, slides, tic-tac-toe, duck races and so on.

And there’s more! After visiting the pumpkin patch, we went to the farm area. There are five or six giant playgrounds, numerous water pillows and jumping pillows, a large indoor area with a shop, cafe and various climbing and sliding activities, and a little zoo!

You can find here lemurs, macaws, donkeys, alpacas, capybaras, yaks, highland cows, emus and prairie dogs – all in spacious and clean enclosures.

Don’t forget to buy tickets online in advance as well as the parking slots!
Happy Halloween – and I hope you liked my new blog, subscribe for more!
Yours,
Anna xxx
